My cbox.

I think, since everyone is getting mean comments, it's time to delete my cbox. Sorry everyone. I really had some nice comments on there, but it's a safety thing, you know? Once again, sorry.

MY BOX!!!!

Yay! My box came!!!!!!!

In it is....the black Chicago tee (for me)
Felicity's Gala Outfit (which is sooooo pretty!! I have wanted it for so long!)
and Elizabeth's Holiday Outfit (again, another pretty outfit)

Marisol is wearing the Gala Dress and Cap with the Holiday choker and shoes. The shoes look like they were MADE for the Gala dress. It looks great! I am so happy!

Grr...

Well, my box didn't come. :( And it had better come today or someone somewhere is going to be sued. ;D

So guess what? My old school re-did their cafeteria. It got carpet, nice chairs, a coffee and smoothies area, a pool table, and a wii. No joke! I am so jealous! :D

Well, I hope my box comes today. I'll update you when it does.

Anxiously awaiting my box...

Well, my aunt sent the box of my new AG stuff on Friday. She said it should arrive today. So I am soooooo excited!! Yay! I don't know what is in the box: a new doll? Some furniture? Some adorable outfits? I NEED TO KNOW!!!! ;D So yeah. As the title says, I am anxiously awaiting my box.

The McDonald's toys are the cutest things ever! I have Kaya, Julie, Kirsten, and another one that my aunt picked up yesterday. So I only need 4 more!

Well, I'll talk to you all soon!
Bye!

The American Girl Toys at McDonalds

My mom and I went to McDonald's the other day and I got the Kaya and Julie AG toys. My aunt also went and got Kirsten for me, and is going back again. The toys are so cute! I want them all!

You can get Kaya, Felicity, Josefina, Kirsten, Addy, Kit, Molly, and Julie. I'm not sure how long it lasts, but I really want to get more!

The Favorite Doll

Well, the votes are in and the results are here. Out of the Forgotten Four, the most popular doll is Kirsten! And then was Josefina!

Here are the percentages:
Kirsten 75%
Josefina 25%
Addy 0%
Kaya 0%

Well, I'm setting up a new quiz...let's see what it'll be.

Great AG Websites

Well, I know I for one am always looking for great new AG sites. Unfortunately, just googling them always brings up the official AG site. So I'm going to rate and review some American Girl websites.

1.) www.americangirlfan.com  I go on this site all the time!! It's created by a 15-year-old girl from Kentucky named Liz. She has 6 dolls and is always up for collecting AG stuff. She also has the massage board, which is a great way to meet tween and teen AG collectors, like myself!

2.) www.americangirl.com  Yep, it's the original AG site. It simply has everything you need to know about AG. Check it out!

3.) www.ourdolls.com  I go on this site sometimes. It has A LOT of stuff, and a message board.

4.) www.agplaythings.com  This site has a great collectors guide to all AG things retired and present. They have a message board.

5.) www.quinlynsblog.blogspot.com  This is a blog by an 11-year-old girl from New Mexico who has two AG dolls and a Bitty twin.

6.) www.stephenswodadancer.webs.com  This is another great site. It has a message board.

7.) www.americangirl.wikia.com  This is a very simple site which would be a great help in American Girl research.

New AG Stuff!

My aunt went to the AG Place when she went to Chicago last month, and she got me some stuff! It should be here next week! I can't wait! I know she got me a souvenier T-shirt for my doll from the Place. She also got a few more outfits and stuff! So yay!! It's going to be great.

Sorry I haven't been updating as much as we'd all like, but I'm either really busy or I just forgot! Sorry!

4 months and 12 days until Christmas!! Which means...4 months and 11 days until my 14th birthday!! Yay!

Washington, D.C.

Yep! I went to DC today! It is an AMAZING place. The monuments, the history...all amazing. So that's why I didn't post for a while. But it was great. I brought Marisol and my Pooh and Mickey stuffed animals, and I got some great pictures. So they will be on my Picasa account soon. I can't wait for you guys to see it. We stayed at this hotel called the Hampton Inn. It was great. It was in Fairfax, Virginia. They had flat-screens in the rooms! And pretty big rooms. Hampton is owned by Hilton, so it's great. Yep, DC was great.

Also, I learned that my friend Sophina Saggau is in a movie! It's called Flipped, and it's based on a book by an author named Wendelin Van Draanen. She will be playing a character named Macy. It should be pretty cool!
This has also made me really want to become an actress. As you may know, technically, I am. I was an extra in the movie Prayers for Bobby, which premiered on Lifetime in late 2008 or early 2009. I also was a model in a back-to-school fashion show once. It was a lot of fun. So I guess in a way I am a model and an actress. Oh yeah. That sounds good. ;)

Photos

So, I'm trying to upload some photos. Unfortunately, I'm not really sure how. So I'm going to try a few things. I can't wait for you guys to see my picasa albums and some other photos I'll post. I hope it works! I'll put a link to my picasa when I get some pictures up. Also, you can follow some of the people I follow:
Quinlyn's, which is AGFan97, I think.
Mrs.C
AKGov's Office
Bean

Check them out! Most are AG related. All except AKGov's office, of course! ;D

Thanks everyone!
See you all later!

Update

Last night it stormed from about 11:20pm to about 9:00am this morning. And it's still cloudy and gray. It's also windy and it was sprinkling a bit. So I can't go swimming today. :(
But we might go to the movies!! :)

Also, I noticed that it looks like my Marisol's eyelashes are a bit shorter on one side than the other. I wonder why. Because they don't look cut. And they aren't falling in to the eyelash 'socket'. So I'll have to see what I can do about that.

Talk to you tomorrow!

Doll Crafts and other stuff

I really want the doll crafts book! Also, the doll school and scrapbooking book. They all look great!! If anyone has them, please comment and tell me how they are!

Let's see what else. Oh yes. Every Wednesday Lisi Harrison (the author of the Clique, my favorite series) updates her blog (or as she calls it, blah-g). Unfortunately, last week was a very short post, and this week, she isn't posting at all. And I always look forward to the posts. So I am kind of bummed. Well. What else?

I'm sorry I didn't post yesterday. Busy again, I guess.

Sorry!!

I'm so sorry that I didn't post yesterday! I was busy at church and driving around the city. Well, now I have to write and extra-long post so I can make up for none yesterday. :)
First I'll say a little bit about me.
Okay! So, as you probably do not know, I would LOVE to be an actress. TV or movies...either!! And I don't mean to sound stickler-ish, but I cannot stand low-budget movies. Honestly, are there ANY good low-budget movies? ;)
What next...Okay.
I am a HUGE fan of Sarah Palin. Me and my best friend are huge supporters.
I love pug dogs and kittens. I don't have any pets, but those would be the two I would want. :)
My favorite color is PINK!! If it comes in pink, I probably have it. ;) My iPod, my radio, my room...yeah.
I love pie. Yes. Pie is the best food ever!! :D

My favorite TV shows are 30 Rock, The Office, and The Suite Life. I also like Hannah Montana. I have probably seen every episode. :)
My favorite movies are Marley & Me, Hitch, My Fake Fiance, 13 Going on 30, The Devil Wears Prada...I love going to see movies.
I love the Clique series. I am awaiting the next books in the series.

I have dark brown eyes and brown hair that changes shades depending on what season it is. In the summer it is an auburn-reddish-brown color. And in the winter, it's dark brown.

And oh yes. I love American Girl. ;D

Enough about me for now. Here is a bit about what I did yesterday.
I went to church. It's in a very historic part of the city. The church itself was built in 1866 and it looks a lot how it used to look.
We barbecued chicken on the grill. It was a nice day out, sunny and warm. Yum...chicken. ;)
We went shopping. We bought yummy stuff like goldfish. :D
Well, I think this is about it for now.

Happy August!!

Happy August everyone!! It's 8-1-09, which means that there's only about a week until my aunt and uncle's 6th wedding anniversary. On 8-8-03 they got married, and I was a flower girl!! It was a lot of fun. So I have to get a card and make a gift for the anniversary.

Also, I have begun my annual countdown to Christmas. 147 days left. Which means 145 days until my 14th birthday!!!! Yay!! I have already begun making my birthday/Christmas list. Here is a little bit of what I want:

American Girl Dolls Julie, Rebecca, and maybe Kit.
Coach purse, wallet...just a lot of Coach stuff. ;D

So that was a little sneak peek at what kinds of stuff I like.
I'll see you all tomorrow!!

Ehmagawd!!!

Yes! Today, July 31st, 2009 has a few announcements:

First, it is the last day of July!! Which means that I have one month and 14 days until I go back to school. 8th grade, here I come!! Not that I'm happy about going back to school. Just the opposite. In fact, I would rather not have to go back to school until, say, November. Or later. ;D

Second, today is the day my cousin Sarah is getting married!! As I said yesterday, congratulations!! And I wish I could be there. :(
On the bright side of that...the wedding is in Chicago. Which means maybe a relative or two will pick up a thing or two from the AG Place for me!! :)

Third, I'm really hoping we go to the library. I want to finish reading the Rebecca series. So far, it's really good. How cool is it that Rebecca gets to star in a movie? :)

So that's it for today! Check back tomorrow!! :)

Ebay American Girls

Ebay is a great way to get dolls and doll stuff inexpensively. In fact, I got my newest doll, Marisol, from ebay. Unfortunately, many 'sellers' are just scammers. They collect the money and never send you your item. Even buyers have found out a way to scam. They receive the item and never send the money. A great way to avoid this is to check the sellers reputation. Check the comments left on their page and the rating. The comments speak for themselves; look for Great Buyer or Seller, Fast Payment, Item as Described. It is critical!!!

On a happier note...
My cousin is getting married in Chicago tomorrow!! Yay! Congrats Sarah! Unfortunately, I'm not going. :( But I wanted to wish her congratulations.

My first post

Hey everyone! I just wanted to welcome you to my blog! This will be about my 9 (for now!) dolls: Samantha, Nellie, Felicity, Elizabeth, Jess, Josefina, Kirsten, Marisol, and my JLY #17, Magnolia Georgia. It will also give updates about American Girl stuff coming out, and I will be giving reviews about all of the stuff.
